Fynn and his friend Carpenter are only 16 hours apart in age, and as tight friends as I’ve ever seen … a real delight to watch. This home-made go kart had been slowly built by the boys and I over a good 18 months with mostly scavenged parts, and finished only a few weeks before. When Carpenter came up from TN and surprised Fynn at our (very relaxed) campground in Indiana, the joy was explosive and contagious.
